Terms of Service

By accessing and purchasing from TCG TransFormed Trading Cards, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Product Condition & Description
All items are sold as new unless otherwise stated. We strive for accuracy in all listings; however, photos are for general reference and minor variations in packaging or appearance may occur. Sealed products are sold as-is and contents are not guaranteed beyond manufacturer standards.

All Sales Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds, including for buyer’s remorse, ordering mistakes, or dissatisfaction after opening a product.

Sealed Products Policy
Any sealed product that has been opened or tampered with is not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

Shipping & Liability
Orders are processed within our stated handling time. Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer. We are not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout. Any claims for loss or damage must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes may result in being permanently banned from future purchases and may be reported.

Order Refusal & Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues.
